The property is situated in a lovely quiet area, within walking distance of two fantastic golf courses, an activity centre, just a couple of miles from the beach and a short walk from the lovely picturesque village of Angmering. Angmering village has a selection of lovely restaurants including a scrumptious Italian, a charming village pub and more.

Located on-site, you’ll find a fantastic golf course, inviting golf enthusiasts of all levels. The parkland style course can be played as either 18 holes or 9 holes (9 hole loop), with two sets of tees per hole. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or just starting to learn, this course provides a delightful challenge and a chance to enjoy the great outdoors. That’s not all, just a 2 minute walk from the cottage is another fantastic golf course, Ham Manor which takes visitor bookings subject to availability.
